One of 3 decks in the Inception series (Inceptus, Illustratum, Intellectus) of 54 cards each, this KickStarter project was funded by 734 backers pledging $42,479 on May 17, 2016 and delivered in October 2016.  For the most part these all contained the same cards with different tuck and back, but in addition each deck had a unique Ace and King of Spades.  Each deck as also made available in uncut form, plus dealer coins, shirts and leather case as part of the Deluxe reward.  There also was a signature reward that included all 3 decks in a special gold foil designed case with signature cards.

Eva is a limited deck from Thirdway Industries, designed by Giovanni Meroni. It is considered a spin off of the SINS deck. The court cards are the first women of different cultures.

Symbology about the backs and the decks The backs of SINS represents Eden, the place where the first Sin happened. In SINS Mentis, Eve was planning to eat the Apple of Knowledge, but she didn't actually do that - so Eden was bright. In SINS Corpus, Eve ate the Apple and she was banned. Without her and Adam, an eternal night fell on Eden. This means, chronologically, that SINS Corpus happened after SINS Mentis. In SINS Anima, Adam and Eve realized they're the first two humans in the world. They are banned, frail and mortal. But after they ate the Apple, they also are full of self-knowledge. They became the first two dreamers. Eden is now empty and is red. Red like blood and hell fire - but also red like the heart, passion and life. The three decks also represents the philosophy behind the name Thirdway Industries: thesis, antithesis, synthesis.

Kings Wild Emerald Talley-ho Display Deck

Tally Ho is a brand that is more than 100 years old and it is my privilege to create my third Tally Ho deck. The Emerald Tally Ho deck is the second deck in my my limited edition Tally Ho series. The first deck, the Scarlett Tally Ho, was inspired by my youngest daughter who is also named Scarlett. The Emerald Tally Ho deck is inspired by my oldest daughter Claire. The Emerald theme comes from Claire's birthstone. Starting with the same basic design structure, as the Scarlett Tally Hos, the Emerald has a completely redesigned back and tuck. The same limited edition courts have been used with new design and color styles to match the new Emerald theme.

Titans are defined as "one that is gigantic in size or power: one that stands out for greatness of achievement." The men in this deck of cards were referred to as "Titans of Industry". For over three decades, the rise of new industries and technologies revolutionized the entire world. This made many men very wealthy and with their great achievements, came ruthless behavior an abuse of power. The capitalists of the late 19th century became know as "Robber Barons"

"Business leaders from about 1865 to 1900 were, on the whole, a set of ... rascals who habitually cheated and robbed investors and consumers, corrupted government, fought ruthlessly among themselves, and in general carried on predatory activities comparable to those of the robber barons of medieval Europe." ~ Hal Bridges

The kings and jacks depict those that build empires through ruthless means and the queens are women that spent their life's energy to liberate those oppressed in many ways. It's a story of juxtaposition; misuse of power and strength from weakness, oppression and liberation... This is Titans, these are the Robber Barons.
