Monarch Eleven Madison Park Edition playing cards were a single production run with an original tax stamp (jagged) seal and then a replacement smooth seal when the small inventory of tax stamp seals became unavailable at the time. There is only a V1 edition since the tuck box design and playing cards are identical, but rather the small number of jagged tax stamp seals were used first and then the more abundant and available smooth seals were used second when the jagged tax stamp seals were temporarily unavailable . These were printed specifically for Eleven Madison Park, a high end restaurant in New York City that was ranked #1 in the world in 2017, and is consistently ranked in the top 10 in the world. This deck is a custom variation based on Silver Monarch playing cards. Produced exclusively for Avant Card: The Sights and Sounds of Cardistry, a video collaboration between DTS and Dan & Dave, and also featuring Andrew Avila. The project showcases abstract cardistry and visuals mixed with DTS Headphone:X technology for the first ever immersive cardistry experience. The cards, as used in the video, feature a minimal back design incorporating the DTS brand icon. Printed by the United States Playing Card Company to Dan and Dave's expert specifications with their trademark crushed paper for a super-thin stock preferred by cardists. In addition to being used in the video by Dan, Dave and Andrew, the cards were handed out during the world premiere after-party. Only a limited number of them remain and will not be reprinted.
