The Pluma Deck features a blend of tribal and avian imagery, and is an updated version of a historic plate in the Bicycle® archives. The blue and brown colors play off each other in an allusion to earth and sky. The Pluma Deck features original artwork on the tuck, card back and the Ace of Spades. These decks were printed in the USA at the United States Playing Card Company and printed on premium stock with a quality finish.

The Spare Room and Henson have come together to create a limited edition deck of Fraggle Rock playing cards produced by the US Playing Card Company. Featuring all your favorite Fraggles in fine form, plus recipes and other words of wisdom from The Spare Room.

The First Edition of the Encarded Standard deck features a metallic blue back and a 70's vintage-inspired, top loading tuck box with silver foil and embossing details.

Printed by the Expert Playing Card Company (the same printer as the amazing Zenith deck), the Standards feature the perfect borders, smooth edges and amazing handling customary to every EPCC deck.

This first edition is a small run, with less than 2500 decks available from Encarded and roughly 500 more available exclusively from Conjuring Arts. 

Once this First Edition sells out, we will design an entirely new box and release a new deck color so that we always have a great, affordable and usable deck in stock. This classic blue will always be the first, so be sure to get some of this limited run while you can!

NoMad Playing Cards were produced in collaboration with The NoMad Hotel in New York City. In the 19th century, The NoMad District of New York was the meeting place of the era’s elite - from Oscar Wilde to Charles Dickens, Mark Twain to Nikola Tesla. Our vision was to create a deck of cards that would serve as a monument to The NoMad. The result is a timeless blend of beauty and elegance. Designed by Chad Michael, the deck features a custom vintage design, reimagined Jokers, a gold embossed tuck case - and a stamp bearing the seal of The State of New York.

Funded as a Kickstarter project on March 19, 2015 with kr462,035 (Swedish Krona, which is about $57k USD) pledged from 1,015 backers, this was the Kickstarter attempt at funding this project after the failed CardLauncher (cardlauncher.com) platform attempt, where that platform has since been abandoned.  In that process an earlier protoype (V.01) was created as a prototype and also as a promotional deck for CardLauncher itself which had 55 cards with black and white courts, different tuck-box, different aces, and was printed by MakePlayingCards in 525 units. 

For this project the deck was revised with new and modified face cards, back and tuck and was available in Bicycle branded, unbranded, plus a special Crown Edition hand created tuckcase with the same size and face cards.  It was printed by USPCC on Bicycle Stock with 56 cars including 3 jokers and a gaff card with a custom seal and embossed tuck used on both decks.  The deck as also available as an add-on in uncut format.  In addition, mini and micro formats were available as gifts with larger sized tiers which were printed by MPC (MakePlayingCards.com).

There is no specific theme in this deck, it´s quite eclectic and I let my fantasy run when I illustrated the courts. The diamonds have clearly an Egyptian resemblance, but overall they belong to a parallel world. There is a thing that connects all the court cards: the text circling the background is a part of the Aeneid, a Latin epic poem written by Virgil between 29 and 19 BC, that tells the legendary story of Aeneas, a Trojan who traveled to Italy, where he became the ancestor of the Romans.
