After the amazing Kickstarter community (that's you) funded the Steampunk Cthulhu deck (which is finished and currently being printed by Bicycle) I decided to jump genres to bring you the Elves & Orcs Bicycle brand playing card deck. This is a custom deck designed and illustrated by me, and will continue to evolve I get backer's feedback along the way. Bohemia is the second deck in Uusi\\\'s eventual six deck series. The artwork for Bohemia was inspired by the unlikely pairing of 17th-century Baroque style with contemporary, urban street art. Each have a flair for drama, tension and grandeur that when mixed together create one lush, combustible style! All imagery in the deck is taken from entirely hand-painted, gouache illustrations. Every single card, right down to the pips and indices is painted in varying shades of luminous blue for the dark suits of Spades and Clubs and lushly romantic red for the light suits of Hearts and Diamonds. Bohemia Rare Smooth Tuck Deck is 250 limited edition run available in both red and blue.

To reward our early backers with a small perk, the first 500 Ascendant and first 500 Nightfall decks will feature a custom numbered, holographic circular seal on the back of the deck, on the cellophane. It will be positioned so that you can easily open the top of the cellophane and use the deck, keeping the numbered seal intact. We will make an effort to generally give lower numbers to the earliest backers, and will aim to give \"matched pairs\"" whenever possible."

Tendril: Nightfall playing cards are a mirror of the original from 2012. The original Tendril deck was designed as if you were in the tropical rainforest, peering up at the sun through the natural habitat. Nightfall is that same view, but time-shifted to the evening, when the moon is glowing and the light is cool and dark.

The box features deep blue metallic foil, debossed accents and vibrant color artwork.

Also available in the earlier black version, this deck from Theory 11 was released in 2013, was illustrated by hand in South Africa and designed by Simon Frouws. They featured elegant gold foil stamped onto ultra-lux black paper derived from sustainable forests. Produced by USPCC, the stock is from FSC-certified papers derived from sustainable forests, vegetable-based inks and starch-based laminates. Sealed with a red tax-stamp, vintage sticker seal marked with the exact month and year of print. Containing largely standard face cards, the emphasis is on the premium foil tuck, card back artwork and stock quality that also was environmentally conscious.

Back in May of 2013, I found a design competition organized by the United States Playing Card Company and Bicycle's Club 808. It was a "Design a Deck" contest. I'd been toying around with putting together my very own deck of cards and this seemed the perfect opportunity to gain some exposure. The problem was that I had discovered the contest with only three days remaining until the deadline. I spent the night coming up with a camera-inspired card back and submitted the design. A week later, I got the email notice that I had won! This was a HUGE deal for me and really sparked my confidence to go ahead and dive in - to create what would become Foto Grafis!
