These cards are printed in the US and custom designed front to back by Christian Watson of 1924us.

These rebel playing cards are inspired by 80s surf and skate culture in sunny California. The radical design is off the wall and bursting to be played with!

Their mix of abstract, bold and colorful shapes are as fresh for your next card game as they are for cardistry.

This limited edition deck features a borderless back-design, oversized court cards and a vibrant tuck box printed with shiny silver foil.

Formed in 1965, the Grateful Dead became a cultural institution that has spanned over half a century. Fusing rock and roll, folk, and jazz with avant-garde, visual, and literary traditions - they became one of the most popular, enduring, and influential bands in American history.

A World of Color THE OUTER PACKAGING The box packaging is printed using antique letterpress machines dating back to the 1960’s - with six layers of vibrant color, embossed for a unique tactile sensation. The front face features the Skull & Roses at center, with custom composition surrounding.

The Back Design AND THE ACES Featuring the unmistakable Steal Your Face logo in the middle, the back design encapsulates iconic imagery that Dead Heads have come to know and love over many decades. The terrapins play their tune, and the dancing bears swing to every note. The aces also feature stunning full-art design, complete with logos and mascots that are cemented in the band’s history.

A Court of Colors JACKS, QUEENS AND KINGS The court cards are simply jaw-dropping. Continuing the use of iconic logos and mascots - bears, terrapins, and skeletons are prominently featured in vibrant detail. Every inch of the deck is fully custom, including the font style and design of each individual suit.

Every aspect of the cards is 100% made in America, using FSC-certified paper infused with hemp fibers on the tuck case packaging. The cards are safely sealed within, with an ivory matte sticker seal featuring the Stealie skull.

Art of Play is proud to present a shuffled gallery of surrealist fantasy, unlike any other deck of playing cards the world has ever seen. Cabinetarium is a collection of 55 original works hand-drawn by award-winning illustrator Armando Veve.

Veve's fantastic creatures, absurd objects, and exotic fantasies combine to create a singular vision—a mythic assemblage of ideas that will stir the imagination and quicken the pulse. Browse through the illustrations and marvel at a mastery of craft that evokes echoes of Bosch, Escher, and Dali.

Inspired by Russian Folklore and created by Natalia Silva, 359 backers pledged $9,684 in this KickStarter project on November 14, 2014.  Cards were printed by USPCC with a planned run of apx. 2,500 decks, plus uncut format was available.

Aside from the appeal of the elegant back design, its equal to the standard Bee diamond Back or the old Bee Worm Back for visual deception with a false deal. The finish is well-known air-cushion finish which allows the card to literally “float” over each other. They are highly flexible, so steals and palms work beautifully. Moreover, they have a “slip”, “snap”, and a thin feel to them that makes turning over a double, feel like handling a feather. The cutting process is superb. (Jeff Busby, 1998)

Created by combining unconventional shapes forming a familiar set of images - igniting imagination fueled by excitement, these seemingly inconsequential discoveries form part of a memorable experience: a grand revelation hidden in plain sight.
