To celebrate the warm and sunny summer, we are launching a very limited deck of Butterfly Playing Cards. Of the 1000 Summer Edition decks printed, 900 will be available to those lucky enough to be here on the first day of summer: June 21, 2021. The Butterfly Playing Cards Summer Edition is suitable for players, cardists, magicians, and playing card collectors. The deck echoes the beautiful color palette of summer and includes custom court cards, aces, and jokers as well as a blank face card and a double backer. These cards are not marked in any way. The Butterfly Playing Cards Summer Edition was produced by Ondrej Psenicka, designed in Sweden by Stefan Eriksson, colored in the Czech Republic by Tereza Kovandová, and printed by Cartamundi on Slimline stock with a B9 linen finish.

ARABESQUE is a luxury deck of playing cards inspired by the splendor of the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada, Spain. There is incredible detail and intricacy in the decorative elements found on every wall and column of that palace. Literally every inch is carved but despite the insane amount of ornamentation, the place has a serene balance. For the Player's edition, we are replacing the gold and silver foils with our very bright Gold and Silver metallic inks. It's the next best thing for a luxury touch on a deck intended for the demanding player, card enthusiast and collector.

Soundboards Playing Cards were first created by Patrick Varnavas in 2014 and then released in 2015. That first edition was printed in blue and shortly after a red version was teased but never ended up becoming a reality. Now, for the first time since their original 2015 release, new Soundboards are being printed through collaboration between Patrick Varnavas and Riffle Shuffle. It is an honor to introduce the newest edition of Soundboards to the world after nearly 4 years of waiting.

The Soundboards deck was created to celebrate vintage audio gear like 80s cassette players and gramophones. The back design incorporates major pieces of audio equipment from different eras into one harmonious setup. The design is detailed and easy to stare, finding a balance between simplicity and complexity. The deck’s traditionally reversible and intricate back design, illustrated by Stuart Palm, has held up over the years and has been left largely unchanged in this red edition with the exception of a few small details.

This time the cards are coming from USPCC on their Crushed Premium stock, a welcome change for all card handlers. Limited Edition of 2500 Decks. Technical details: Designed to resemble the iron Muonionalusta meteorite, which is known for its striking Widmannstätten (crystalline) pattern. We use an ultra-thin mylar, or full foil, laminated on both sides. The card backs are a new holographic full foil pattern, and the faces are standard silver. Like Pokemon cards, both feature overprinting at different opacities to block out the shiny effects of the full foil. The only difference between these and trading cards is our decks spring, fan, and handle like a normal deck of playing cards! A designers dream, and totally out of this world technology for future playing card decks. The cards feel soft and supple, and aren't thick or heavy. They are nearly identical in thickness to our Classic Finish card stock. The ink opacities and colors chosen for this deck don't adversely affect handling like the black inks on the Ultra-Black deck, so they will fan perfectly out of the box. The colored inks are printed on the full foil with a 2-ton sheet-fed offset UV printing press, and cured with UV light, not an infrared heat tunnel. This yields a different feel to to the cards than our standard Classic Finish. The card faces have no expense spared, with silver full foil, each space man / astronaut / cosmonaut features shiny elements in their suits.
