Computers have been an integral part of our existence for decades now; so much that we are so used to their integration that we might not even notice them in the background of our lives. For the myriad functions that these machines carry out, I have always been fascinated that their incredible power is controlled by physical circuits and chips; constructed in a factory and brought to life with sparks of electricity.

These synthetic brains can function faster, more accurately and with greater scope than we ever could. But they are still the composition of plastic, metal and gels; which when constructed correctly make the modern miracle of computers.

I wanted to explore this fascination through the Circuit cards, highlighting the intricate and perfectly composed circuits that make it all possible. Channelling millions of independent electrical currents to hundreds of destinations, each circuit is the picture of unfathomable complexity. This is represented by the detailed background circuits anchoring the design to the circuit board, and the bold circuits making up the suit symbols.

I also wanted to embody the way in which this technology has become integrated into our lives, and so the court cards are composed of directional circuits. These circuit figures are the representative of this digital age, a time when it is becoming more and more difficult to see where we end and technology starts.

Inspired by the Sirius B, which is the brightest star in our night sky. The wave design on the deck is a representation of the various rays that travel throughout the universe, such as the light we see, and all of the surrounding galaxies. The gradient of colors that range from a light blue to a deep maroon is an embodiment of a celestial vision. They're all pointed 60 degrees to the right, an indication of Sirius B's location relative to Earth. The card backs are designed in such a way that you can place three decks in a specific way to display a very cool form. Perfect for fans and cardistry. As you open the case, you'll find a line of text on the flap: "MADE ON EARTH BY HUMANS." When this deck is on its way drifting in space, I want the one who gets their hands on this to know whom the proud creators of the deck are.

Little known fact - Hi My Name Is Mark is a deck by Mark from the band Blink 182.

Scarlett Tally Ho was designed for my youngest daughter who is named Scarlett. The Emerald Tally Ho represents the birthstone of my oldest daughter Claire. The Black Diamond Tally Ho deck is dedicated to my wonderful wife, the diamond being her birthstone. Premium, crushed Bicycle stock. The V3 have the highest attention to quality of any playing cards currently on the market. Printed by the United States Playing Card Company, they feature beautiful Metalux foiling on the backs and some faces of the cards.

The Deck comes in Mnemonica stack with a duplicate 4 of Spades and a playing card reveal on the King of Hearts. Both jokers are also foil stamped and identical.

In 1876 legendary cowboy and gambler Wild Bill Hickok was playing cards in Deadwood, Dakota Territory. He was shot in the back before he could play his hand... and legend has it that he held Aces and Eights: The Dead Man's Hand.

We celebrate the legacy of Wild Bill Hickok and the gambling lore of the Wild West with The Dead Man's Deck. This beautiful deck is filled with details surrounding Wild Bill and his storied past. The deck's design is true to the time period, with an ornate, grey pattern and old-style faces. And of course, the Aces and Eights are, well, bloody.

The defining feature of this deck, though, is that it has a bullet hole shot right through the middle of it, along with a commemorative musket ball lodged in the hole. Every deck comes with this musket ball and a scorched bullet hole through the entire deck.
