Colores de Colombia is a proyect born to celebrate Colombia, and also our first design. Printed by NPCC on 310 gsm Premium German Linen and limited to 500 numbered units.

The deck is entirely custom-designed, featuring hand-drawn tuck case, court cards and jokers, and it represents the culmination of a five-month long cultural and artistic study of the variety of Colombia. The main theme of the back is the jungle, from which all the characters, animals and places emerge. After a long back and forth we went for tarot-like, one-sided court cards: despite losing some playability, this allowed us to tell a story and to have bigger versions of the drawings, all different in style.

Each suit refers to a specific geographical sub-theme: hearts is the coastal area, chill and and colorful; spades is la Guajira, the beautiful desert that faces the sea and borders Venezuela; clubs is inland Colombia, the jungle and the plains; and diamonds is the Pacific Coast, again nature and color.

Introducing Exquisite Bolder with Perfecta Foil - QUANTITY LIMITED!* The original Exquisite Bold from Expert Playing Card Co.® was the first deck by any card company to to incorporate foil into the back design of a playing card. We did this a few years ago and the Exquisite Bold decks sold out quickly and became a sensation. They are now hard to find. Now Expert has done it again. By creating and introducing Perfecta Foil Expert has moved the bar again. This new technology allows for foil to be extremely accurate and also can be shaded to add the illusion of depth to the design. This is just a first use of this technology but what a first it is! Like the original Exquisite Bold this new version also sports our Master Finish. They handle beautifully, even better than the originals. They are also cut traditionally so that Faro shuffles work perfectly. The tuck is also very special. It's sideways like Expert pioneered some years ago but this time we used a very heavy soft touch material and used Pefecta Foil on the tuck, Spot UV and 3d embossing. The tuck is just as special as this great deck.

The Limited Edition deck comes in a matchbox style box with a plain white tuckbox inside it. The card with the matches on it is meant to be placed so it will be visible when you slide open the matchbox. The box even has a rough 'striker' area on the side just like an actual matchbox.
