Neko means Cat in Japanese. And Shinto Neko means those Blessing Cats worshipped by Japan shrines and temples. Japan has many interesting shrine and temple worth to visit. Some of them are calling "Neko-Jinja", that's mean “Cat Shrine”. This is because there had a very very touching and miracle story happened on a cat before, and that wonderful cat became a spiritual mascot or elf of that shrine or temple. Most stories are related to how those blessing cats help people to pass through risks and difficulties. And I truly believe these shrine cats will be our best guardian angel in 2021 ~
